Ingrid Black brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to her role as Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at Global Research & Marketing Consultants (GRMC) headquartered in Nassau, Bahamas. With a decade of diverse experience spanning across Nassau, Bahamas, Jamaica, Barbados, and Bermuda, she has honed her skills as a Trainer, Manager, Supervisor, and Research Consultant.

Ingrid's professional journey has seen her collaborate extensively with both local and international entities across private and public sectors. Specializing in marketing and market research, she excels in various facets including data collection, fieldwork, quota management, and quality control coordination. Her proficiency extends to oral and written communication, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and adept problem-solving.

Noteworthy are Ingrid's contributions to organizational training initiatives, customer service enhancement, and product development recommendations. She has played pivotal roles in local data collection efforts such as supervising the Bahamas census in 1990 and 2000, alongside managing international client relationships.

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in German and French from Concordia University (Montreal, Canada) and an Associates of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of The Bahamas, Ingrid is well-equipped to navigate multicultural environments and high-level event coordination. With over three decades of hands-on experience spanning management, compliance, operations, accounting, and banking, they are adept at navigating complex challenges with finesse.

Their proactive approach and dedication to excellence make them a trusted advisor and mentor, both to colleagues and clients alike. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of non-credit related risk management, corporate governance, and board reporting, they ensure adherence to the highest standards of business conduct.

One of their key responsibilities is spearheading a robust Compliance/Anti Money Laundering training program, driving awareness of crucial regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, and FATCA across the institution. Additionally, they play a pivotal role in promoting compliance and anti-money laundering measures as our organization expands its reach to high net worth individuals globally.
